How It's Made
01Tahap 01
Material Selection
We pick sturdy cotton and denim first. Cheap fabric wears out fast — so we don't cut corners here.
02Tahap 02
Cutting
Fabric's cut to pattern for every size, ages 1 to 10.
03Tahap 03
Sewing
Our own tailors sew it on our own machines. Neat is non-negotiable.
04Tahap 04
Quality Control
Every piece is checked before it's bagged. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
05Tahap 05
Packing
Packed neatly by the dozen, ready to ship to any city.
±1,000 dozen a month — enough for wholesale and bulk orders.
